What were the models for what the TV characters looked like?

G1 Transformers Toys

These are what you'll find when you go to ebay.com. Toys. Hasbro put these die-cast metal/plastic/rubber (tires, not the entire body) action figures on the shelves August 25, 1984. These are the most sought-after Transformers ever. I must admit, they may not have much poseability or a complex transformation, but they have some charm about them that the new ones just don't have. I will have reviews of the ones I have; for more reviews, go to Greg Gaub's page (in the links section). He has more reviews and has pictures. I have designed the pages so that they are a biography of the character (I don't want to recopy the list to the "Show" section, so I'll just put it here). If it has a * by it, it has a toy review. Enjoy!
